40ft reefer container
A 40ft reefer container gives food and logistics companies almost 60 m³ of refrigerated space in one movable unit. It usually holds about -30 °C to +30 °C, and some models go down to -40 °C.

What it is good for
A 40ft reefer suits shipping frozen and chilled goods and larger cold storage - for fish and meat processors, wholesalers or food retail in peak season. For taller cargo there is the 40ft high cube reefer (2585 mm inside height, 68.03 m³).
New or used?
A new 40ft reefer suits long-term use with minimal maintenance. A used reefer costs less - when buying, check that the unit reaches the set temperature, the doors close tightly and the unit has been serviced.
